Here’s what Lorraine has to say:
“Movement meditation is a lovely way to describe the style of Tai Chi Qigong we practice (Shibashi Qigong). Having its origins in Medical Qigong, Shibashi Qigong calms, stimulates, revitalises, relaxes, re-balances and strengthens – it encompasses the yin and yang of all things.
The movements are performed slowly and gently, yet teach your body balance and co-ordination. The softness of each movement enables you to strengthen your body evenly – both inside and out, as you connect your movement to your breath. When we move with our breath, we allow ourselves to enter a space of balance and wellbeing.”
