You’ll find details here of all the things that we run at the centre – therapies and classes for members as well as social events and fundraising activities.
Up at the O2
There’s no lift, no escalator, and no-one to carry you. This is an experience that gets your blood pumping and your head in the great outdoors.
‘Up at The O2’ is a 90-minute experience you won’t forget. Zip up your climb suits. Pull on your boots. Hook up your harnesses. Then make your way up the south face of one of the most striking buildings in London’s skyline. This is a gradual climb so it means almost anyone can take it on (not just super-fit people!).
Leading the way will be friendly climb guides who know The O2 inside and out. From its unique architecture to its famous visitors, the guides are loaded up with interesting facts that’ll get people talking.
At the summit, you’ll all be standing 52 metres above the stars, with 360-degree views across this historic part of London beside the River Thames. Plus you get to toast your success with a chilled glass of champagne at the top while our photographer captures this epic moment!
The Centre will cover the cost of your registration. All we ask is that you aim to raise £150 sponsorship for our charity.
We’d love you to join our team of up to 16 people Up at The O2 on Thursday 27 June 2019, so please get in contact to register your interest with Moira Mitchell by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 01227 470876.
