KMSTC Members’ Survey 2021
Thank you to everyone who took the time to participate in our Members’ Survey. Your feedback is a tremendously helpful way to gather information on what is working well, where improvements are needed and to guide our plans for 2022 and beyond.
2021 Survey Headlines
- 106 responses (103 members, 3 non-members)
- 65% of respondents use the travel less than 20 miles to the Centre (most in the 11-20 mile bracket)
- Majority of the respondents are aged 65+ with 70% also stating that they are retired
- 55.17% of respondents indicate they use Oxygen Therapy
- Oxygen Therapy, Massage and Reflexology are the most used therapies amongst respondents
- Expansion of offer to non-MS members has overwhelming support
- Approximately two thirds of respondents did not engage with the Click & Connect programme
- Around 37% of those who did engage with Click & Connect intend to continue
- 94% of respondents are Positive or Very Positive about the staff and volunteer team
- Only 7% of those who answered do not intend to resume visiting the Centre
- Travel is a potential barrier to use of the Centre for those living further away or reliant on public transport
