Donna Blackman, from Epple Bay, has been taking part in the Kent MS Therapy Centre’s…
185km for KMSTC
It’s only five days until the launch of MS Awareness Week (20-26 April) and the start of our #185kmforkmstc challenge!
The aim of our challenge is to complete 185km as a team, to recognise the 185 people who are diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in Kent and Medway every year.
You can take part in this challenge from the comfort of your own home, by climbing your stairs, running/walking around your garden, or using your exercise bike, running or rowing machine.
All you need to do is track the distance you have travelled using your smart watch or phone. You can use Strava, FitBit, Google Fit, or any other similar application!
After your exercise, take a print screen of the distance you’ve covered and a selfie of you completing the challenge and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Everyone’s distances will be added together and will go towards the final total.
This challenge will be a great way for everyone to unite and raise vital funds for the Kent MS Therapy Centre at a time when we really need it. We’re aiming to raise £1,000 as a team so please join in the fun and share this page to raise sponsorship.
