Massage Therapy

Massage therapy, may help to alleviate pain for those suffering with multiple sclerosis.

Many of our MS members have benefitted from Massage Therapy and we’re delighted to now have enough therapists to make it available to those with other conditions too.

Benefits of Massage therapy

Massage therapy aims to provide people with time and space for a relaxing and soothing experience in a warm, supportive and caring atmosphere.

Massage improves the circulation, relaxes tense muscles, helps relieve muscle spasticity and is an excellent way to unwind and help restore a sense of well being and balance.

All of our therapists are fully qualified and have a wide knowledge of MS and its associated symptoms and effects. The therapist can give a full body massage, or treat a specific area which may be causing a particular problem. Our therapists are also fully qualified in reflexology and some people like to have a combination of the two therapies during the session. Some therapists can also provide a combination of Indian head massage and facial reflexology.
