We are celebrating a grant from The Philip and Connie Phillips Foundation. KMSTC Operations Manager…
Huge thanks to the intrepid team of fundraisers at Woodley Coles for choosing to support Kent MS Therapy Centre at the fantastic Dragon Boat racing at Mote Park last weekend.
What a team!
Our thanks are due to Holly-Mae Hill, Maria Driscoll, Ellis Akerman, Rebecca Hart, Russell Hart, Ella Brocklebank, Roe Brocklebank, Gary Carter, Andrew Diplock, Aaron Hallett and Cheryl Causebrook.
The team was one of 50 to participate in the event. They competed in heats against 10 other boats to complete the 250m course in the fastest time. Meanwhile spectators enjoyed a day out in the sunshine which features thrilling races, charity stalls and a wide selection of hot food and drink.
This annual contest is really turning into one of the county’s flagship fundraising events and Kent MS Therapy Centre is delighted to have been one of the supported charities.
Could you and your colleagues do the same?
‘Corporate support is incredibly important to Kent MS Therapy Centre,’ commented the delighted Helen Wathen, fundraising manager for the Centre, ‘The team at Woodley Coles is a great bunch and we’re very grateful for their ongoing support.
‘Charitable activities like this are always tremendous fun and great for team building. We can’t wait for next year.’
