Office Manager – Permanent – £19,000 – £22,000

A friendly, flexible, and organised team player is needed to help deliver services at the Kent MS Therapy Centre.

The Office Manager will support the day-to-day running of the Centre with particular involvement in Reception, bookings, and activity reporting. You will be directly responsible for the Reception team staff and volunteers and have daily interactions with people with MS, therapists, staff and wonderful volunteers.

It is also a social hub for Members to hang out, catch up, laugh and even have the odd snooze.

As Office Manager you’ll get to work with a rather special and dedicated, sociable community of members and volunteers that make the Centre a distinctive and positive experience for everyone involved.

A proven track record in office management and administration, practical experience of working in a busy customer service environment, along with excellent knowledge of office systems are essential.

To apply candidates should submit their CV and supporting statement on how they meet the Job Description and Person Specification.
